The Shogun is inspired by the classic Rickey cocktail. 1883 Massachusetts, Colonel Joe Rickey was drinking bourbon and carbonated water, asked a bartender to add lime to his drink, creating the Bourbon Rickey. A more refreshing and effervescent twist on its predecessor. Our cocktail twists it again with Japanese gin, fresh watermelon and aloe Vera. The Chaplin, inspired by the Negroni. It is believed that in 1919, Count Camillo Negroni invented the original drink when he ordered an Americano made with gin in place of the usual soda water. Since our cocktail is a riff on the more obscure White Negroni, it seamed fitting to name it The Chaplin, famous for his Black & White films.

¾ oz Kiwi Cordial

ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin.
2. Fill the shaker with large ice cubes.
3. Shake hard and strain everything from your shaker tin into your glassware.
4. Finally, enjoy!
